The Rooted Healer offers a variety of Energy Healing treatments as well as Reiki Certification. All Sessions are unique to the client and what they need at the time of their appointment.

Below you will find the information on the certified treatments that may be used during your session. Others may include chakra balancing, guided meditation and channeled guidance. Please note that Holistic Hypnosis are unavailable until further notice.

Holistic Hypnosis Treatment

A certified Holistic Hypnotist asks the subconscious mind or higher self what the priority of the session is, the higher self knows what’s best, and bypasses the ego or conscious mind. To communicate with the higher self, Ashley uses pendulum or muscle testing on her clients. Through muscle testing we ask the higher self simple yes or no questions, it responds by the strength or the weakening of the muscles. Sessions mostly include emotional release through the Emotion Code, Sway work (which is a waking hypnotic technique that changes the neural pathways in the brain therefore shifting beliefs), or traditional hypnosis.

Holistic Hypnosis supports weight loss, quitting Smoking, healing and addictions of all kinds. Hypnosis can ease emotional mental stress, anxiety, depression, fears and phobias, insomnia and sleeplessness.

Hypnosis treatments promote inner healing, letting go of the past, improving health, easing stress in times of change and transition, finding inner peace and acceptance, anger management, self-exploration and self-awareness.

Reiki Integrated Massage

The signature offering of the rooted healer, the reiki integrated massage treats holistically on all levels while receiving the stress reducing benefits of a relaxation massage. Reiki increases the effectiveness of massage by assisting to release muscle tension faster and easier than a message on its own.

Reiki promotes healing of the individual rather than treating a specific condition, it’s ideal for clients searching for a natural way to good health. Integrating Reiki Massage provides full spectrum healing including full body relaxation, while balancing your body, soul & mind. Please note I am no longer a Registered Massage Therapist. these treatments are relaxation based to enhance the reiki experience. Receipts for these treatments will not be excepted by most benefit programs.

Reiki Healing

noun - a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

People use Reiki to relax and strengthen their wellbeing; reduce pain, anxiety, and fatigue; help manage symptoms; reduce side effects of medications; and support recovery after injuries or surgery.

Reiki can:

Balance the flow of subtle energy by releasing blockages
Help the client contact the 'healer within.'

Soul Guidance reading

The soul guidance reading is a reading without questions, but instead is my way of revealing to you what your higher self, guides and Angels would like you to know right here in now. Ultimately Guiding you towards finding the answers that lie within your beautiful and unique soul. My hope is that through this reading you can begin to move any stagnant energy that may be blocking you from beginning or continuing down your healing path. We all have the ability to heal and live in complete alignment; we just need to trust that our bodies, minds and spirits hold the answers and will reveal the steps as we go.

These readings are as unique as the individual that receives them. I follow no structure as to how the information comes through. This could include oracle cards, Tarot cards, Medicine cards or purely channeled messages. Readings will also vary in length depending on how much or little guidance is coming through at the time of the reading. The only information I need is your name and email address to send the reading. Feedback and one follow up email is always welcome.
